Our team at Indesco is proud to have been involved in this exciting development, which comprises 327 apartments spread across 3 different stages.

Through our initial input and expertise, we were able to eliminate the transfer structures, resulting in significant cost savings and improved buildability. The slab system we designed consists of post-tensioned flat plates, with three cores providing lateral support. Our team also conducted lateral analysis to ensure that occupant comfort limitations were met under serviceability wind conditions.
