Indesco can provide comprehensive contract administration and superintendency services throughout the entire construction phase of a project, including: tender management, construction management, issuance of site instructions and directing the contractor, managing and monitoring program and administration of Extension of Time claims, addressing Requests for Information, and defects liability period.
HYDROLOGY & HYDRAULICS
Indesco has extensive experience in the design, documentation and construction supervision of major stormwater drainage augmentation, floodways, ponds, wetlands, water sensitive urban design, residential, industrial and rural subdivisions, roads and infrastructure assets. This includes three dimensional modelling, stormwater drainage review and augmentation and services augmentation.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
The Indesco team have specialist expertise in land development, with proven experience masterplanning large scale subdivisions, water sensitive urban design, pedestrian and active travel (pedestrian bridges and path networks), arterial road connections and major water and sewer infrastructure.
ROAD DESIGN
Indesco has the technical knowledge, extensive skills, and experience to be able to produce conceptual road infrastructure designs using a variety of in-house computer aided design software. We have specialist expertise and experience in road safety assessments. The assessment aims to identify road safety issues and areas of risk and establish approaches or actions to enhance road safety benefits.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Indesco is capable of all aspects of the structural design process, temporary works (including complete in-house shoring designs), detailed post-tensioned slab designs and post-construction remedial works. FAÇADE ENGINEERING
