We have been integrally involved in all aspects of this 2,600 lot estate, providing civil engineering and project management services for the estate development, detailed design, tender and construction phases.

Our success in each of the three, separately tendered design packages and three tendered construction packages is a measure of the service we have provided.

The scope of these estates includes four new intersections with an arterial road, a school site, local centre, two major ponds and floodways, two bridges and trunk water supply infrastructure.
