This project involves the construction of three towers of varying heights, with a total of 288 units, and a large podium and two basements connecting the towers.
Our scope of works includes structural engineering, post tension design, shoring design, value engineering, temporary works design, precast panel shop drawings, and civil engineering. We are committed to providing top-quality services and expertise in these areas to ensure the successful completion of this project.
One of the key structural features of the project is the combination of reinforced in situ and precast core walls, which are designed to resist lateral loads such as earthquakes and wind. Additionally, post-tension slabs utilising flat plate design have been employed for the floor systems at all levels, ensuring optimal structural integrity and durability.
