This project consists of a stunning five-level residential building featuring two levels of basement car parking, a waste collection area, and a communal space.

We provided comprehensive construction documentation, post-tension documentation, and construction phase services. We also conducted thorough site inspections to ensure the project is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.

Our civil engineering services include stormwater management, including OSD/WSUD, erosion and sediment control, and vehicle access and site grading/pavement plan. We also provide a dilapidation report to give our clients peace of mind.
