Section 63 City

Indesco is working with the City Renewal Authority to deliver design documentation for a vibrant mixed use precinct that includes up to 1,050 dwellings in the heart of the City Hill Precinct.

Block 21, Section 63 City is centrally located between London Circuit and Vernon Circle, fronting City Hill Park. The prominent site is a key connection to Lake Burley Griffin and the West Basin area. Currently the site contains a sealed car park, grassed areas and one corner of the ‘clover-leaf’, which is an off ramp connection from Commonwealth Avenue to London Circuit.

The works will be constructed in up to three stages based on the existing infrastructure to service the site, constraints of concurrent design and construction projects, interaction with Light Rail Stage 2A and the requirements of the CRA land release targets.
