Indesco provided comprehensive consultancy services for a prestigious above ground car parking project with a staggered precast façade in the ACT. Our scope of works included the preparation of precise and accurate precast panel shop drawings, which were essential to ensure the architectural intent was achieved. With three different precast companies involved in the project, great attention was given to the clarity and presentation of the shop drawings.

Additionally, Indesco was engaged to complete a full independent review and assessment of the structural design of the building. Our experienced team conducted a thorough analysis of all elements of the building and provided augmentation design to ensure compliance with current design requirements and standards.
