Ridgeline and Hill Top Parks

Indesco provided Construction Phase Services including superintendence and site surveillance for the Ridgeline and Hill Top Parks in Denman Prospect.

The parks are the primary open spaces in Denman Prospect and facilitate the recreation needs for the neighbourhood and community. They include facilities that cater to a wide range of users and act as both ornamental and functional spaces providing play opportunities, gathering spaces and active travel routes.

Indesco’s integrated CPS, landscape and engineering services were invaluable in the delivery of these high quality parks on what were challenging sites. Our

involvement included: A review of designs, resolving design issues and addressing complex interface and access arrangements with adjoining residential streets and work sites.
