Meriton Serviced Apartments

This 230-suite five-star hotel development project consists of a single 17 Level tower extending above the ground floor podium slab with two basement car park levels below.

The vertical structure included a combination reinforced AFS Rediwall, Precast, and insitu concrete columns & walls providing the lateral resistance to earthquake and wind loading.

Post tension slabs where utilised for the floor systems allowing large spans to the units and cater for the large cantilevered balconies.
