Indesco was tasked with designing a robust and efficient building that could resist lateral loads such as wind and earthquakes. To achieve this, we utilised reinforced in situ core walls as a primary means of lateral load resistance. We also employed post-tensioned slabs for the floor systems on all levels, utilising a streamlined flat plate system.
Our scope of works for the Jade project included value engineering, temporary works design, and precast panel shop drawings. We also provided expertise in post-tension design and shoring design to ensure the project's success. With our team's dedication and expertise, we were able to deliver a project that met all client specifications and exceeded expectations.
