Welcome to IVY, located in the Australian Capital Territory. Our team of experts provided a range of services for the large residential development consisting of 274 units that rise 18 storeys high.

With our initial input, we were able to eliminate transfer structures, resulting in significant cost savings and improved buildability.

The slab system we designed consists of post-tension flat plates, with three cores providing lateral support. Our team also conducted lateral analysis to ensure occupant comfort limitations were met under serviceability wind conditions.

To achieve the desired aesthetic, our experts documented the curved precast balustrades in 3D, developing custom methods that suit the project's needs.
