Horizon on the Harbour

Welcome to Horizon on the Harbour, a stunning residential development project located in the heart of Newcastle, NSW. This project comprises 110 modern and stylish units, spread across three buildings ranging from 7-8 levels, all connected by a spacious podium and two basement car park levels.

To ensure safety and durability, we have utilised a combination of reinforced AFS Rediwall, precast, and insitu concrete walls, providing exceptional lateral resistance against wind and earthquake loading. Given the ground water table in the area, a tank basement structure was necessary, and we implemented a post-tensioned hydrostatic slab and perimeter sheet pile retention wall for this purpose.

We have utilised post-tensioned slabs for the floor systems, which not only allow for spacious and open unit designs but also cater to the large, cantilevered balconies, providing residents with breathtaking views of the harbour.
