Our consultancy is proud to have been a part of the structural and civil engineering of an exciting eight-level residential development located in the bustling heart of Wollongong CBD. The development comprises of 18 units, each offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Wollongong escarpment and coastline. Additionally, the development features two levels of basement car parking, communal roof area, and waste collection facilities.

Our team provided a comprehensive scope of work, including construction documentation and post-tension documentation, as well as construction phase service. We also managed civil engineering tasks such as stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, construction environmental management plan, and vehicle access and site grading/pavement plan.
