Indesco has been involved in a range of high level structural peer reviews and investigations into buildings with potential significant structural issues. These range from investigations into a 20 Storey building showing signs of lateral movement due to wind and a shortfall in original design to modelling complex behaviours through segmented floor systems documented outside standards.

Through research and high level non linear analysis the team is experienced in separating code compliance issues from structural issues. The appropriate rectification and or alternative solutions can then be provided.
