East Lake, Part Kingston and Fyshwick Site Investigation

Indesco was engaged by EPSDD to prepare a Site Investigation Report and associated due diligence studies required for future Eastlake development areas, between the Jerrabomberra Wetlands, Kingston Foreshore and the Rail Corridor. The outcomes of this work will inform future Government decisions on the timing, staging, extent and type of urban renewal in this area of Kingston and Fyshwick, with a primary focus on preparing for additional housing supply in the inner south.
