Cirrus Belconnen

Cirrus Belconnen is a towering project comprising of 300+ units across three towers. Our team of experienced engineers provided a wide range of services, including structural engineering, post-tension design, shoring design, value engineering, temporary works design, precast panel shop drawings, civil engineering, and building hydraulics.

One of the primary challenges we faced was designing for the serviceability performance from wind loading, given the building's narrow width of only 16 meters. To address this issue, we utilised 250 thick concrete coupled shear walls as party walls, providing robust resistance against wind forces and ensuring the safety of the structure.

Our team's extensive expertise and commitment to quality allowed us to successfully deliver this project, and we are proud to have contributed to the creation of Cirrus Belconnen, an impressive feat of engineering and design.
