Indesco undertook the construction of three distinct buildings comprising 60 Social and affordable housing fund units and multi-level apartments, a community building, and supporting amenities such as parking and external works. This project was executed while conforming to the Liveable Housing Association Silver Standard and the Apartment Design Guide.

Our team provided comprehensive civil and structural engineering services for this project, which included developing construction documentation, post-tension documentation, and delivering construction phase services along with site inspections. Additionally, our civil engineering services encompassed stormwater management, including OSD/WSUD, erosion and sediment control, bulk earthworks plan, construction environmental management plan, vehicle access, and site grading/pavement plan, and construction phase services.
