Acton Waterfront Phase 2

Indesco have been active on the Acton Waterfront development for over 4 years, initially on the design and construction of Henry Rolland Park and more recently on the design and construction of Phase 2. Phase 2 forms part of the City to Lake scheme on the foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin and is now an award-winning landmark project in the heart of Canberra. 

The project includes reclamation of the existing lake plus construction of a new precast boardwalk which extends 500m around the newly reclaimed lake edge. 

Due to the nature of the project including location of the lake and in the public eye, water quality, safety and high-quality finishes are key areas of focus for delivery of the project. 

Indesco worked in collaboration with Chincivil on the delivery of this key project on behalf of the City Renewal Authority.
