At Indesco, we are proud to have been part of this exciting project, delivering structural engineering consultancy services that have helped to bring this vision to life. Our scope of works included designing the post-tension system, conducting peer reviews of the tower's superstructure and lateral performance system, and providing value engineering solutions to optimize the project's performance.

With its exceptional design, art, hospitality, and lifestyle offerings, 8 Phillip Street is set to become an iconic landmark in Parramatta. Currently under construction, the project is due for completion in 2023, marking a new era of luxurious living in this vibrant city.
