Welcome to the 71-77 Kembla Street project, located in the bustling city center of Wollongong. This 13-level building, complete with two basement levels, is a mixed-use space that houses both residential and commercial units.

At Indesco, we took a closer look at the existing structural design and developed an improved system that not only saved costs but also made the construction process more efficient. Our in-house post-tensioned flat plates and central core system provide exceptional lateral stability while keeping the design fully documented.

Our scope of work for this project included structural engineering, post-tension design, shoring design, and value engineering. We take pride in our ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions for our clients, and this project is no exception.
