The Woden precinct comprises of Trilogy, Ivy and The Oaks (7 towers). Each are multi-storey residential buildings consisting of up to 350 units each.

Initial input led to the elimination of the transfer structures which had significant cost savings along with an improved buildability. The slab system across all builds consists of post tension flat plates with the lateral support provided by three cores.
