We were engaged across all facets of this 2,600-lot estate, delivering civil engineering and project management services throughout the estate development, detailed design, tendering, and construction phases.

Our successful appointment to each of the three separately tendered design packages, as well as all three construction packages, reflects the strength and consistency of the services we provided.

The scope of works included the delivery of four new intersections with an arterial road, a school site, local centre, two major ponds and associated floodways, two bridges, and trunk water supply infrastructure.
