Dickson Common Ground

Common Ground is a model of multi-unit permanent supportive housing based on ‘Housing First’ principles designed to provide long-term, quality housing options for people on low incomes, and a solution for people who experience chronic homelessness. In addition to the professional design fees to this not-for-profit project Indesco’s team provided pro-bono design services for an adjacent building that will be de-constructed and the site rehabilitated as part of the project.
