Poplars Innovation Precinct Stage 1

The Poplars Innovation Precinct aims to provide accommodation for businesses in the Defence, Space, High Tech Manufacturing and Cyber-security sectors. The Innovation Precinct is to be designed to provide a campus style facility which encourages collaboration and innovation.

Indesco was engaged by Black Mountain Construction Assurance to complete designs and provide superintendent services for construction works to enable registration of lots for the precinct.

Scope of works included provision of inputs to the Development Application for the subdivision, reviewing and updating service Masterplans, completing civil designs in conjunction with inputs from other consultants, obtaining a construction certificate (subdivision), preparation of tender documentation, assessment of tenders received and superintendence of the works.
